  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the dough comes together.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of dough and roll them into balls. Gently flatten each ball with the back of a fork or your fingers.
