2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the dough comes together.
Scoop spoonfuls of dough and roll them into balls. Gently flatten each ball with the back of a fork or your fingers.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until they’re golden at the edges.
