- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the dough comes together.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough and roll them into balls. Gently flatten each ball with the back of a fork or your fingers.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until they’re golden at the edges.
- Let them cool on a wire rack before enjoying. You can even frost them with a little homemade icing if you’re feeling festive!
